King Arthur's Gold

King Arthur's Gold is a castle sieging game from 2013. Back around its release, there were a variety of gamemodes available such as a race-based RPG server, a cat & mouse chase, and a deathmatch. Today, all that seems to remain is capture the flag, but it doesn't even matter, its still fun.

It's a perfect game to play with friends, as with 6 players, you can do a 3v3 (which is plenty, in my opinion). The chaos scales upwards, but the game stays just as enjoyable with more players.

The goal of the game is to capture the enemy's flag and bring it back to your base while also defending your base. Players can choose between the following:

knight - a high-damage melee class who has access to explosives archer - a long-range highly mobile class with a grappling hook builder - a utility class who is focused on building & breaking blocks

The games start out relatively organized, with bases going up and organized sieges. As the rounds progress, as powder kegs are tossed between bases, both your base and your organization will begin crumbling.

This is a game I would highly recommend playing if you have a party of people to play with. It's free and can entertain me all night. I wish it had a larger fanbase, as the public servers are basically dead.
